sumire imitating kiyo was so cute. looks like this was the last episode, will miss this anime very much. T_T

Part 2 Sumire was like a little girl emulating her mother. XD It was adorable! ♥ Ahhhh, I'm not ready to say goodbye to Tsurukoma. T_T

Frankly, I'd rather have Tsurukoma's hard-boiled scotch eggs. I'm... not a fan of runny yolks, personally. ^_^;

There goes this incredibly enjoyable and delicious anime.

Having one episode of this a month for one year sure was an interesting way to experience a new anime. But with the laid back and peaceful feeling of the show, it was somehow perfect and made the last year a whole lot better. I’ll miss this a lot!

It's really wholesome. I saw the manga have... 19 volumes ?! and still on-going ?! that's a lot LOL I hope they make sequels

I believe its been a while since we've seen Sumire in her normal attire. Nice way to end it by seeing her spend her day off with Kiyo.

I enjoyed this show a lot. It was super relaxing and the artwork was beautiful.

This is the final episode after a 12 month run that started back in Feb 25 last year.

Btw there's going to be a 9 Episode Japanese live-action drama adaptation on Netflix titled Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House.

Oh wow, that's great to know! It's sad that this anime doesn't seem to get much love, but I absolutely adore it.

I want another year of this. T_T
